Bouwman Constructions Master Builder

Peter Bouwman 28 Campbell Road Denmark

This addition was well presented by Howard Heaver Architects with the aim not simply to build extra space but rather to compliment the existing building with matching materials although some 20 years older than the addition.

The real challenge was to design the visual aspects not just externally but also from within.

The long corridor of the existing dwelling was well combined with the new studio allowing the visual aspects of the landscape to be drawn in by well position glass looking from the front to the rear giving the clients a feeling of expansion with the ideal retreat to enjoy the winter sun.

Peter Bouwman 146 Beaufortia Gardens

Beaufortia Gardens, the name and the view at the top says it all!

This three thousand square meter block had every view covered.

With two alfresco areas on offer to take your pick of the early morning sun or the late afternoon quite drink by the BBQ.

You are greeted by the grandeur of the wide entry corridor leading to the warmth of the double sided fire place inviting you to reside at your convenience in one of the many seating areas for entertaining.

This is the family home of your dreams that lets the outdoors enter your world in comfort living.

Peter Bouwman 33 Heather Road Denmark

Water Water Water!

This tri-level home was designed and built to optimise the beautiful views that Denmark has to offer.

Built on a sloping site requiring some structural engineering to keep the design simple is manifested with minimal clean straight lines.

Moving from the city was a life style change but capitalizing on the water views was the number one priority.

The lazy summer beach feel is optimised for everyone one in the family to enjoy along with the simple wall colours to make their point.

Peter Bouwman 1234 Scotsdale Road Denmark

This Australiana Country home was built on one of the first 100 acre land release holdings when Denmark was first established as a town site.

To capitalize on the views, enjoy the sound of a babbling brook near their backyard, verandas all round were strongly considered for this life style as well as enjoying the magnificent sunsets that Denmark can offer.

This Australian home has used the rare rainbow colour of Mt Barker stone for its external cladding to combine this earthy presentation with modern day living.

The internal living area is highlighted by the large truss styled exposed beams that combines the old with new.
